Emma Rippon

Owner and Managing Director

Emma established Eat Well Nutrition Service in the early 2000’s and was the sole dietitian in the business from its inception. As the business grew, Emma chose to expand – this involved bringing onto the team talented dietitians to support the needs of the Eat Well clients. Alongside her broader business responsibilities, Emma works strategically with our aged care stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standard of care and expertise. Emma's qualifications are a cornerstone of the expertise she brings to Eat Well Nutrition Service. Holding both a Dietetics degree and a Diploma in Dementia Care, she possesses a rare and powerful combination of skills that positions Eat Well Nutrition Service as a leader in aged care nutrition. Together, these qualifications enable the service to not only specialise in aged care dietetics, but to deliver a truly comprehensive approach to nutrition and dementia support - an area of care that is increasingly critical in today's aged care landscape.

Ami Dutton

Senior Dietitian and General Manager

Ami is a UK trained dietitian and is the General Manager of Eat Well Nutrition Service.

Ami’s extensive dietetic experience includes working for the National Health Service in the UK and over 15 years in the aged care sector in Australia. She is a highly skilled, compassionate, and dedicated health professional whose role as General Manager at EWNS encompasses overseeing the clinical and food service excellence of our business plus the day-to-day operations of our team. Ami is also deeply passionate about IDDSI and, in 2025, successfully completed the IDDSI Global Academy Pilot - an achievement that has significantly advanced her knowledge and proficiency in this vital area of dietetic practice.
